Every day in our forest of trees
Animals always say 'thank you and please'
Rabbits, Squirrels, Owls and Mice
Know being kind keeps our forest nice

Every day in our forest of trees,
We carry wagons no one else sees.
Each wagon is special, with rocks big or small,
And helping each other lightens them all.

Maya Rabbit hopped through the glade,
Her wagon creaked under rocks she’d laid.
“Oh, this is heavy!” she said with a sigh,
But only Amana Owl could see why.

“You’re carrying too much!” Amana said,
As she swooped down low from her tree-bed.
“Let me help you move a rock or two,
Helping others is what friends do!”

Every day in our forest of trees,
Some animals see wagons with ease.
Amana could see, but Ravi could not,
Until one day, he asked, ‘What’s that you’ve got?’

With a flick of her wing, Amana explained,
“Our wagons hold things we’ve earned or gained.
Good deeds lighten them, but bad ones add weight—
Let’s help each other before it’s too late!”

Ravi built wagons from twigs and string,
“Now we can see them—it’s a magical thing!”
The animals worked, wagons creaked less,
Their forest grew happy, their forest felt blessed.

So every day in our forest of trees,
We work together with thank you and please.
Our wagons of life grow light and bright,
When kindness and care fill the forest with light.
